ATI Radeon 9800 SE - tv input functionality?

I am thinking of buying an ATI Radeon 9800 SE All In Wonder. Searching, I have found that TV/DVI out works well under Linux. However, I found conflicting evidence on whether TV input works or not.

I have seen such things as the Gatos drivers, but there was no specific information about whether this specific card works or not. Also, it appears that the ATI propriety drivers only support output, but I cannot be sure from looking alone.

If anyone has tried this, or knows anything about this, I would be very grateful if you could let me know.

Cheers for any help,

AFAIK the input functionality isn't supported under Linux yet. It's a pity, of course.
