Hi Everybody,
Am quite a newbie to linux and have got RedHat 9 installed on my machine. I have got ATI Radeon 9600Pro AGP card. And I want to install it's driver and enable the hardware acceleration to be able t work with Maya and Shake properly. Due to some reason I will have to stick with RedHat9. I have downloaded the graphic driver after checking with "Check.sh".

The Check.sh gives me the following result:

Detected configuration:
Architecture: i686 (32-bit)
X Server: XFree86 4.3.0

I have downloaded the ATi driver : fglrx_4_3_0-8.12.10-1.i386.rpm

I tried to installed the driver using various setup tips available on the net but couldn't get it working right. So, if there is anyone who can help me out please, provide me step-by-step instructions of How-to-install the driver and get it running. It's really urgent and will be very grateful to the one who could help me.
