im trying to use my video card i got my moniture works but it has a svideo out and i connected it to the tv so i can use my tv for movies and such but when its connected the tv is all static and wavey i got the xfree86 4.3 (fglrx64_4_3_0-8.10.19-1.x86_64.rpm) and the xorg 6.8 (fglrx64_6_8_0-8.10.19-1.x86_64.rpm) now do i need those to use the svideo out capability or is there anouther way and if i do need to install then it says i dont have a capable viewer to read the files

You would install the latest ATI driver from ati.com and then do rpm -iv --force filename.rpm

then run threw the config file and answer everything. Reboot and everything should work!
