ATI Expert 128

how can i get this to work in linux so i can watch tv if i can get this working i'll never have to switch to windows again.

currently its working on Expert@98 i think and says TV Card cant be found.

Any help please,

also note, im running Mandrake 9.0 the card is a PCI not sure what else you might need to know.
