Ati 9800pro AGP 8x

Ok, since it's my first help request, i'll try to not write silly things and make myself understandable.
So, I've got this Ati 9800pro working with ATI propretary drivers, on Gentoo 2005.0, on my Athlon64 3200+ on a nForce3 MoBo which supports 8x AGP acceleration, but... here's the problem. I dont know (or, better, cant understand) if the card is accelerated to 8x or only 4x, since the man page of "radeon"'s module (provided by xorg) is only where they talk about AGP acceleration for radeons' cards. So, i was just wondering if someone does know it, cause i googled but no answers found.

Thanks a lot and sorry if i wrote sillyness :D :D :D :D :D :D

It shouldn't matter. Don't worry about it. There is hardly any difference between AGP 4x and 8x because no APP or game as of yet goes past the bandwith of 4x. If you went from 4x to 8x, then you would get probably 1 or 2 FPS higher.

Thank you again
