I've ordered hardware for a new server, based on the new AM2 platform from AMD. The motherboard is the Asus M2NPV-VM with a nVidia chipset. Setup is fairly simple: an IDE disc for root, /boot, /var and such and an SATA disc for /home. I'm planning on installing Debian Stable (64 bit version) on it, is there anything terrible I have to expect? nVidia has 64 bit drivers, but they're not available during installation. I have Sarge running on both my desktop and laptop but those are 32 bit...
