ASRock 775i65GV + NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 en Linxux?

Hi... this is my first "Thread" or "Post"...

I have next problem:

New days ago I was buy a new PC..... and I was Happy... xD .... then I was Install Debian (my favorite distro.)... but problem "grow" when all start in my debian system, and appear something like that (I'm in summary long text that appears):

Call Trace:
[ c01034dc ] apic_timer_interrupt + 0x1c/0x24
.
.
.
.
[ c01012a9 ] Kernel_thread_helper + 0x5/0xb
Code: 1c a1 98 b0 31 .......... 00 00 01 00 50 60 01 e8

<0> Kernel panic_not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt

I have looked for by many places... and appears a "solution" that has commented for a hardware similar to mine (in spanish ubuntu forums)...

Translating to english text that appears:
STEPS:

1)change video starting in BIOS and to replace AGI for ONBOARD, then connect monitor to onboard (to integrated video card), and install normally linux.

2)Add onboard card to linux "BLACK LIST", modifying: /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist , add this: intel_agp.

3) Install nvidia video drivers.

4) Reboot, but change in BIOS for AGP instead of ONBOARD, and connect monitor to NVIDIA card.

SEE! IT WILL APPEAR error, The X's will not start, but still lack.

5) When appears error, go to: /etc/X11/xorg.conf , and where appear "Device", change "driver i810(or something like that) to nvidia.

6) and ready.
