Wrong, and again, it appears as if you've not looked.
You take your working Mac, log in to the Apple store, and it's there. The OS is a PAY FOR ITEM, and since you're PAYING (you have the working Mac, right???), you download it for free. I've done it dozens of times, and have had zero problems getting the entire OS, from Snow Leopard to High Sierra, for free, using a working Mac. You get it free, because since you're USING a Mac, they know you have a LICENSE for the OS.
No idea what you're looking at, but no one here is going to help you pirate anything.

take it at ease TB0ne, i dont like your agressive stance
OSx system is not my design, not my fault that from AppleStore i cannot download it, and from Apple webside there is was price of $20
Obviously you may have more experience with this system than I - and it wont change, because i dont want to handle Apple products.
Ive looked up and told you what came up at my browser, obviously that you came up with different outcome brings us to different understanding.
i will use newer OS and will be back here with the outcome

Wrong again. It IS your fault, because you CAN download it for free from the Apple App store on OSX. Again, easily found and downloaded, and there are dozens of guides you can find to do so. Apple's WEBSITE is not the Apple **APP** store on OSX, they are two different things.
AGAIN: you asked, in your first post, how to keep OSX. You later said you didn't want to dual boot, leading us to having you download the OS, and make a bootable USB stick for later.

AGAIN, as you've been told numerous times now: YOU DOWNLOAD IT THROUGH THE APP STORE. NOT your browser. Want to know how? Try putting "how to download OSX" into Google. The VERY FIRST HIT walks you through it. Want to create a bootable USB of it? There are step-by-step how-to guides on Apple's website, in their knowlegebase.
You asked, and you were answered. Whether you want to follow the steps/advice or not is up to you.

Again: you asked a question and got an answer. You don't seem to understand the answer, and ask how to pirate a commercial operating system because you don't want to pay, then complain further. Not a lot else anyone can tell you.
Want OSX? Fire up the Mac you have (which ALREADY HAS OSX on it), run the App store, and download for free. Follow a guide to create your USB stick, and load whatever you want on the Mac after that, knowing you can reload OSX later. Can't get much simpler. Don't want to? Then not much point in asking; blow away OSX and load whatever you want.

can download some updates to Leopard, but not leopard as such
|
I looked here on this page and I didn't see where you could download the whole Mac OSX operating system but only updates to Leopard.
Looking at the links of the pictures you posted it appears that there are updates for the firmware also but not the whole Mac os it'self.
https://support.apple.com/downloads/snow-leopard
If you have any more trouble you may want to call Apple and get them to walk you through this process.
1-800- My- Apple.
Good luck.

And when I told you to call Apple, it was somehow bad? Sorry...you can still download it from the app store. **NOT** the website, again...the app store. And again, as said before...you have a working Mac. Why can't you just run the procedure to create a recovery USB stick, as Apple has documented???
