apple quicktake 100 + linux

does anyone know where to find software to access photos on apple's quicktake 100 digital camera (not the 150 or the 200), gphoto only supports the 150 and the 200, but i have a 100 and any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Have you checked the gphoto2 compatability list, it doesn't have a good GUI frontend, but it'll work.

Also, what does the QuickTake run off of? If its a Compact Flash card, it might be worth picking up a card reader for something like $20. Check over at www.linux-usb.org to make certain. Sometimes its easier to just buy your way around the problem.

it's a serial connection, and gphoto 2 supports the quickate 150 and 200, but not the 100, i don't think there's compatibiliy there

Yeah, same problem I had with my Vivitar. Its hard to write serial drivers for a company that doesn't release specs, USB is easier as it can just be treated as a mass-storage device most of the time. USB Compact Flash card reader look like the only way if it runs off of that kinds of media.
