APCUPSD - No permissions to shutdown server

Good morning,

I am working on a new server which will deployed remotely and it has a UPS. It's configured with the defaults to shut down the server when there is 3% of battery or 5 minutes remaining.

The problem is that when it tries to shut down the server, it complains that it does not have the permissions to do so.

Please help!

Thanks!
