Anyone used an Iomega StorCenter NAS

How does one use this device with Linux. Does it show up as a Samba share. Or a mounted NFS. Or what.

And, can I share the device between Linux and Winblows. Does the provided software let me set up multiple "mount" points, shares, or whatever.

Cheers.

If it is NAS then more than likely its processor is running linux and it has samba configured. After all, it is a Windows world so any NAS that wants to work with Windows uses SMB.

So, if you set up Samba, you should be fine.
