Any official Coreboot bugzilla or forums?

I've asked 2 times for Coreboot issues here, but it feels like no LQ ppl have clues on Coreboot.
So where to file some Coreboot issues then the Coreboot teams can response by a week?

Have you looked at www.coreboot.org?

There doesn't seem to be a forum in the usual sense of the word. There's a page headed "Our Forums" but it refers to the mailing list and an IRC chat room.

To add to what Hazel said, I've had good luck with mailing lists. It helps to watch them for a while to see what their protocols seem to be, but then I just jump right in and ask what I need to ask. In most cases, they appreciate follow-ups. So, if it resolves the issue (or if they need more information) it's considered proper etiquette to respond as needed.
