AMD64 Install?
 

I have an AMD Turion 64 x2 processor. Should I go ahead and install Ubuntu-AMD64? Or should I go with the i386 version? In the past, I've tried some AMD Distros had had some pretty bad experiences. On openSuSE, It ran GOD AWFUL slow, and on Kubuntu, I had some problems with my mouse, every time I clicked something, it would seem as if I was holding the button down. I had to move the cursor fir it to register as a full click.

from what I've heard, there is no breathtaking difference between x86 (i386) and amd64 versions, so its all up to you which one you'll choose. I personally would first take amd64, and only if it doesn't work, I'd take x86.
