airlink 101 802.11 pci adapter

I just purchased an airlink 101 802.11 pci adapter.The box and tech support say its not compatible,is this true?If its not,is there anyone that knows how to make it work?I have mandrake linux 10.1.I tried to install it but dont know what to do with the drivers that are on the cd.Please helpm me,thanks.........
