agpgart for via chipset

i've been trying to get my ATI Radeon 9200 working, and got the FireGL driver installed and everything, but i'm having trouble with agpgart. i've been looking around, and it seems like a lot of people had trouble getting it to work with the via chipset, and suggested patches, but i couldn't find one to download. does anyone know what i should do? i'm using a PX400 mobo.

thanks,

Right now I can't seem to get to www.kernel.org, look through the changelog as I think there have been a lot of agp fixes since Slack's 2.4.20 release.

Cheers,
