add a IDE hard drive in Fedora

I have two hard drives and the OS in one of them(sda).
I want to mount the other one (hda).
I did "fdisk /dev/hda", but "df" did not give me the new partition.
I checked "/etc/fstab" and hda is not there.
How could I mount in this hard drive then?
Thank you.
