In our Office we are planning to purchase a large format flat bed scanner( A0 scanner) , can any one suggest me a model which will work out of the box in linux ? (Even if the model is OS independent it would be fine)
First make a list of the potential scanner candidates, then check them off at the support list at sane-project.org
This should give you a shortlist of supported devices. From there i would google for more data about the scanners.
