there is a problem in my server,I can't solve it,this trouble causes the server can't boot.
the discription is like the following:

EXT3-FS error (device sd(8.1))
Ext3_get_inode_loc:unable to read inode block inode=146396.block=131598
Kernel panic
No init found
Try passing init = option to kernel
Syncing device 08:01 …ok
Syncing device 01:08 …ok

the server is syncing device for ever ,so the server can't be loaded in.should i have some ways to solve this problem? there may be someone have the some problem before,Can you help me ? thank you !

I hope you made backups before this happened.
Booting a rescue or live cd and run fsck on the partitions would be my first reflex.
