7-button Mouse Setup? (Logitech MX 518)

Exactly like the subject says, how do I setup my MX 518 to use all the buttons. I didn't have to do anything to make them all work in Mandriva but now that I switched to Fedora 4 only the regular buttons work along with the sensitivity. I want to setup the side buttons to run forward and back on web browsers and the window button to switch between windows.

This page on setting up Logitech mice on Gentoo might be of some assistance. There is a section that specifically mentions the MX518.

Can someone with Mandriva and an MX518 look at their /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and show me how the mouse is setup, I don't like the way that how to works it doesn't set my buttons up the way I like it and I don't know how to do it based one what they have shown.
