2nd video card not showing up in display


Hey,
i can really use some help here,
i am trying to setup a second video card but it wont show up in display settings
i goto dual setup, configure the 2nd monitor and then try to click to set my 2nd video card. nothing is there. i check scanpci and see it is showing up fine. one card is a agp and the other is pci. anyone have any ideas?
really want to get this working.
