[PineTab] Out of stock so what is your experience ?
Who of you bought all those PineTabs?
Tell me at least, what you think about it and which OS you run.
I want one and *will* install Debian on it, no matter what. You can also tell me why this is a bad idea.
TY.

Did you know that PINE64 has their own forum on their own site, complete with discussion areas for discussion of questions EXACTLY like this one? That would be the first place I would go to discuss their products, because that forum is populated with LOTS of people who own those products! https://forum.pine64.org/

^Yep.
Although you're likely to encounter fanboyism.
"Out of stock" could also mean that they are waiting for enough pre-orders before making the next batch. Did you join the waiting list?

Give me a list of topics which are not handled in other forums on the Web or other newsgroups and mailing-lists on the Internet. But maybe this question is better placed in a forum somewhere else than on LQ.
I tend to not care, but you can ignore this thread, now.

Are you ... pouting?
I think I gave you some interesting hints.
Pine64 manage to keep their prices low by only ordering devices from China when enough people have signed up fopr buying one (at least that's how they used to do it). That is what "out of stock" likely means, and if you're interested you should join the queue.
I don't own a pinetab, but I had once bought a pinebook (not pro) from them. You can find a long article about it on my blog.
