*NO TV* on Mandrake 10, kernel 2.6.3 with NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200

Here is my problem:

I am attempting to us tvtime to watch tv on my NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200. I already have installed the drivers via "NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6106-pkg1.run " and configured my "XF86Config-4" file accordingly. When I start up tvtime I get this error message: "Cannot open capture device /dev/video0." In Harddrake 2 version 10 it shows that my system recognizes that a tv card is present, but it has no idea of its identity:

Vendor: ‎(null)

Bus: ‎PCI

Bus identification: ‎4444:16:104d:813d

Location on the bus: ‎3:9:0

Description: ‎

Module: ‎unknown

Media class: ‎MULTIMEDIA_VIDEO

I honestly have no idea what to do at this point and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kernel and Distro:

2.6.3-7mdksmp on Mandrake 10.0

You did not mention the model and brand of you video capture card.

You should bump this message only if it has been 24 hours.
