Code:
SPAM=$HOME/mail/SPAM # all detected as spam messages are in SPAM
and how to open this with imap_open() function?

Use ".forward" to forward your personal e-mails to a different address.

Hi, again -

Yes, that's exactly what it means. In general, ".forward" is completely optional.

However, spam handling is a separate issue. For example, you might need to configure each of:

~/.procmailrc
~/.forward
etc

Here's are links that might help:

http://spamassassin.apache.org/

I know how to handle spam, but how to fetch them using IMAP functions.
this is the function that handle INBOX:
Code:
$mbox = imap_open("{127.0.0.1:143}INBOX","%u","%password") or die(imap_last_error()." connection failure ");
so how to handle spam using this fuction
