Yo Trickykid

Do you run slack on a box or a mobile? I was considering switching to slack on my mobile dell 4100...

i'm not tricky and i'm not a kid... well i can be tricky and some have called me immature, but i'm not trickykid.

anyway, it looks like to me that a dell inspiron 4100 can handle slackware.

the first link is slack 8, the second is slack 8.1, and the last is a mailing list where the replier said he installed slack 9 on a dell insp. 4100.

Yup, I run slackware on mobile too.... A compaq prosignia 150. Not the greatest but hey, you can't beat it when someone gives it to you for free.. (had to replace lcd though, but that was only 50 bucks on ebay... )

looks like megaspaz put some good links though to get you started if your seriously wanting to switch to slack. good luck.
