YaST sources


I am trying to do a system update but there are a few dep to it. What are some good sources to add so I can complete the system update?

I'm not sure what are you actually trying to do. Do you want to upgrade ur kernel or just upgrade ur KDE? In case u want to upgrade ur KDE follow the following instructions

1. Download all the required files( *.rpm) files into a suitable directory. These can be found at ftp site of suse. So that u donot end up with lots of broken packages, I would suggest you to download all the standard libs avaliable.

2. Go to the directory where you have downloaded the files and
run the following command

yast -i *.rpm

The yast text tool will upgrade everything which is
required. It may take around 15 minutes. Donot think that
something has gone wrong if no message appears. After
finishing yast tool disappears without any comment.
