Xorg Hard Crashes and corrupts xorg.conf

I'm using an AGP dual head radeon 9800 and a PCI radeon 7000 dual head.

I can get these cards working independantly but when both are run together (to achieve 2 ouputs from the 9800 and 1 from the 7000) they display the desktop and then hang. After rebooting my xorg.conf file has usually been corrupted with random data and needs rewriting.

Any ideas?

I can post logs and the xorg.conf file if needed..
