but somehow i messed up with xorg.conf file and now it's completely gone, so i cant do anything right now. what should i do now to fix this problem? this is urgent and thank you in advance |
You can try the Suse utility SaX2, or the xorg utilities xorgcfg or xorgconfig, to create a new xorg.conf.

i tried xorgcfg, it says its not a right command so i tried xorgconfig, and it shows the starting page about creating basic xorg file but i was not sure if that was the right one so leaving a reply to confirm :) is that wut im supposed to get? and what if i dont know the model of my lcd monitor? cuz this is a laptop, and i remember the company of lcd monitor was different from the laptop company... by the way im using toshiba satellite a105-4344 T5500 CPU and graphics card is intel 945 GM i think... |
