XMMS - Sound Problems
 

Hi,

I am using RH 9, with a P3 800 MHZ processor.

When browsing the net and using XMMS together, XMMS sometimes doesn't play the songs correctly - and makes small "leaps" in the songs.

I suspect that XMMS doesn't have a high enough priority.

Anyone knows how to solve that?

I would say try the Options in XMMS (ctl-P). Try editing the buffer size in the 'output plugin' on the Plug-In tab. Also, you might want to try 'Use realtime priority when available' in the Options Tab.
