xfree version


how do you tell what version of xfree or x you have??

Most packages or programs you can use the -version to find out what version it is. Sometimes it calls for a --version instead of just one hyphen. If you view the man pages on a particular command, program, etc.. it usually shows you how to find the version of it.

What if that does nothing. I am running Fedora Core 4. Is there another way to check? and is there another program of xfree?
