Xconfigurator

My laptop is an HP Pavilion ze 5200.

I installed a dual XP and red hat 7.2. However, when doing the red hat installation I tried to configure the X configuration but I did not get it to work. Later, I restarted the machine and then I tried to configure tha graphical thing using Xconfigurator but it always gave me some error. I need somebody to walk me through. Thx.

You need to get a newer version of X. I tried to install RedHat 7.3 on my laptop and X did not work. You can either try using a newer version of Linux, like RedHat 8.0 or 9.0, or install the newest X packages.
