Question xcb error

Dear all,
I want install an bioinformatics related software but after installation i am getting error as follows
/usr/share/SPDBV/bin/spdbv.Linux: Symbol `_XmStrings' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking
No response from any other spdbv process.
Becoming master.
spdbv.Linux: xcb_lock.c:77: _XGetXCBBuffer: Assertion `((int) ((xcb_req) - (dpy->request)) >= 0)' failed.
/usr/bin/spdbv: line 44: 4391 Aborted $SPDBV_BASE/bin/$SPDBV_RELEASE.$ARCH $*

actually this software is currently not supported by the vendor but it is important for us . I have install all the xcb library . But even though I am getting the above errors. Please look up me problem and post me some valuable suggestions .
