X11 and TEXT mode dual monitor side by side

OS: Linux A64-2 2.6.28-15-generic #49-Ubuntu SMP Tue Aug 18 18:40:08 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux
Video Card: 02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GeForce 8600 GT.
All interfaces (2 × RAMDAC, 2 × Dual DVI, HDMI, HDTV) are integrated into the chip (unlike NVIO in a separate chip in GeForce 8800)
http://ixbtlabs.com/articles2/video/g84-part1.html

I have both monitors working as extended, as separate and /o extended
using nvidia drivers (from NVIDIA Server Settings).

I would like to have X11 on one monitor
while on the other a plain X terminal, non graphic mode.
I need this because I am doing an app that puts itself
the screen in graphic mode without X11, using GLE.
Is annoying to switch between displays using Alt+Ctr keys.
