X sever files - madrake 8.0

Could anyone tell me what file is executed after a user logs in, the log in manager is xdm under mandrake 8.0. I ask this because I want to run some commands (killing off things like xconsole etc) when any user logs in. i heard it was can be called "Xstartup" but i searched for it and it does not exist on my system.

cheers
