X on Slack and FreeBSD?

Hey, I just installed FreeBSD and Slack. It came with the packages for Xfree86, and I installed and configured X, but when the install completed, i just got the normal, text-based logon.

How do I get to use the x-based logon, and how do I set it up for my particular window manager per user account??

Use xwmconfig to set the window manager. Edit the /etc/inittab file to set the default runlevel to 4 instead of 3 to get graphical logon.
