Question Write to a CD-RW like a floppy...

Is there a way to write to a CR-RW like a floppy. I am certain that this would require a "special" file system, but I am not sure if it exists. I can do this under Winblows.

If it does not exist, there is a need for this.....

This is called packet filtering isn't it?

this isn't supported yet in linux yet (unless someone knows of some weird project that is doing it that i haven't heard of). It relies on special programs written by the drive manurfacturer (or someone like Nero)
