Wine font display problems (seems like system font)

I have a bible software app (Bible Works) that I installed and can run, but to take advantage of the tool I need to have the greek fonts (they need to be in the windows/fonts/ directory. However, when they are in there and I launch Bible Works, all the dialog boxes and help boxes display using that greek font.

Also, when trying to install a new app (from CD) it used the greek font as well.

I have Arial(s) already installed. Is there anyway to set the cascade order of fonts if these apps are looking for something they cannot find?
