Wine audio changes made universally

Hey all
Not sure if this is intentional behavior in 1.1.28 or not, but any time I switch the sound driver from ALSA to OSS (or vice versa) in winecfg, no matter if I do it for a specific application, it makes the change to ALL applications instead of just the one that may be specified.
AFAIK, you should be able to make app-specific changes in the audio tab, but I may be mistaken...
