Help! I am running Windows XP on my PC. I was running a Disk Defragment when my Computer crashed!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have now lost the hal.dll file, which is vital to run windows. I know that it is easy to fix with a simple windows re-installation, but that will destry all of my files! I have a KNOPPIX LiveCD, and I want to mount the NTFS partition to it and copy all of my files to a different PC using and DataKey. The only problem is, I don't know how to mount the NTFS Partition, and be able to access it. My Previous attemps have locked me out of the file system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can anybody Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
