WindowMaker and superfluous sound

Have been trying out all the window managers and have settled on WindowMaker but cannot figure out something: How do I get superfluous sound going? Downloaded and installed WMSoundPrefs but notice under 'Sounds' and 'Sound Sets' there is nothing listed. Must be missing something obvious. Thanks in advance

If you look below the sound option in the preferences utility in windowmaker, there's a message that the sound utility is distributed seperately. If you turn on baloon help, at states that the files are available at:

http://shadowmere.student.utwente.nl

Unfortunately, connections to this link are refused...

I'll have a look about for other sources for wm sound.
