Easy! I've done this many times' I'm running win2K/SuSE8 on my laptop right now and use a SuSE 8.0 for a gateway/server to the internet.

Any SuSE distro after 7 I believe has great tools for windows/Linux dual boot. You simply need to partition your HD and install windows, then format the other patition for ext2 install SuSE and you will get a option at boot time as to what OS you want. SuSE install will recognize your windows install. At least mine does'

I know this much'

Yup, me too, works a treat, and I'm using Win2000 Advanced Server. Do the Win install first then SuSe.
