Im sitting here with the Mandrake Community 10.0, which has KDE 3.2, but I dont want to upgrade and not be able to change my theme to what I have now. Will the KDE 3.1 themes work on KDE 3.2?
No theme support was dropped from 3.2 due to the fact that they are dropping the theme manager as it is obsolete. Don't be disheartened though because kthememanger 0.4 is out and will be in kde 3.3
You can get it now from kde-apps.org but I haven't been able for the life of me to figure out how to install it. Probably because I haven't tinkered with Mandrake 10.0 enough but I can't find the kde dir.
Well good luck and let me know if you get it working.
Mandrake 10 is sweet though I am having a great time with it.
