have you tried typing ls -a at the command prompt or do you mean in something such as konqueror?

Adding unhide to your /etc/fstab file might work. This what my fstab file entry for my cdrom looks like:

/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,ro,user,exec,unhide 0 0

Check the man page for mount for more info.

It doesn't work for me... :-(

I'll try the man page but I think my problem is different. Now, I've recorded a CD with my Windows Box and ALL files are hidden (stupid mistake). Now from linux I can't read anything. If I use ls -al ti returns that there are 4 files, but it only shows . and ..

Is there anything I can do?

Thanks

CD filesystems

Ciccio,
How did you create the CD in windows? If you used DirectCD then it is not a iso9660 filesystem. It is called UDF. Don't think its usually included in the kernel.
