YOu don't need that. Please read thread from beginning.

One way to do it:

1. Get hired at Microsoft (or at the applicable vendor of SW for Windows)
2. Convince them to support Linux
3. If a vendor other than MS, convince MS not to punish them.
4. sit down with the source code and port it to Linux.

As I understand it, it is possible to make "application recompiler" (probably wine-based) that will rip existing executable apart and and put it back as *.so with links to windows replacement libs (and sometimes even successfully). But making this utility will be difficult, and why would anyone bother with such idea when there is ready-to-use WINE (with windows *.exe loader) is beyond me.
