I already install new hard disk drive on my redhat Linux es 3.0 server but I cant see any new hard disk
is there any command need to be run so I can see my new hard disk

i found it
-1 go to folder /proc
-2 cat portions
-3 view the dev name for the new HD somthing like /cciss/c0d2
-4 run the command mkfs -t ext3 /dev/cciss/c0d2
-5 create new folder mkdir /test
-6 run mount command mount /dev/cciss/c0d2 /test
