Who to talk to about KDE Translucency

I would like to talk with the people in KDE developers responsible for the Translucency features. I have some issues I would like to discuss with them, particularly a feature idea. Does anyone know who these people are, and where I can go to talk with them? A forum? IRC channel? Thanks.

That sort of stuff should really go in a bug tracker under feature requests. Look for where to reports bugs on and there will be an option when posting to specify it as a feature request.

development, kde, translucency
