Which Linux Distro. is the Best?

I have an Apache HTTP server and an X-Mail E-Mail server on Red Hat 9. I'm running this on an AMD K6 450mhz processor with 256mb ram, however I have on order a new motherboard and processor to put me at 1.8ghz and 256 DDR.

Being that I have an upgrade on the way I will need to reinstall everything. But before I do that I thought I would hear some recommendations on what distribution to use. I am happy with Red Hat 9 at the moment, however I'm interested in experimenting a bit...but not a whole lot as my e-mail server can only be down on the weekends.

So what say you?
