I like XFce4. It is a lot lighter and faster than Gnome and KDE. Gnome and KDE are too bloated.

I use both CLI and KDE. What I like about KDE that the number of apt's are more intituative, working better together (best part), and works well with the CLI. I've been using GNOME and often grit my teeth for ill conceved interface (grab a lot of text, move to another apt'ion and then find out both paste and cntl v doe not work between them). I don't care if it looks like MS Win's or SUN, it works well!
