Which distro is LinuxMint? (VirtualBox Question)

I want to install VirtualBox under LinuxMint 6-64bit. There are several different files that I can download from Sun. How can I find out which version of Ubuntu -- LinuxMint 6 is based on so I can install the correct (latest version) of VirtualBox. (I know that I can install it from the package manager). Thanks.
