"where to get the source code for ipv6 and ipv4"

I think that they are part of the kernel source.

The source for ipv4 and ipv6 is being worked on by the people at www.kernel.org. They distribute the source as the kernel source. Download the kernel source and look through it with an editor to find the source for ipv4 and ipv6.
