Where to get distro CDs/DVDs?

Hello,

I just wanted to know where you get your CDs or DVDs. I've looked at many sources, but most send you to the 10$ range, which even though it's no where near the price of windows thankfully, is still pretty high for something you can download for free [more or less] or can get for free from the makers of the OS. [Kubuntu/Ubuntu/etc. give them away for free with shipit]

If it helps, I'm trying to get a hold of a PCLinuxOS LiveCD & installer. Normally I'd download it, but I want to test it out as a LiveCD first, and plus I don't have a CD burner. [I'm running a rather old computer. I was planning to put PCLOS on a new one if I ever get around to buying one...]

Cheers,
Joe.

Thanks for the link!

I'm fine with win98SE at the moment, though checking out Damn Small Linux would be a good idea, thanks for the heads up.

Does anyone know what the difference is between PCLinuxOS 0.93a Junior and their "big daddy" version? Can I download the files missing via the internet?

Cheers,
Joe.
